Enlightenment comes in small steps, not giant leaps, it is by these small steps that we evolve spiritually, so it was with my first experiences with past life recall. Although at the time neither myself, or the people that I was sharing this with realized what this all meant, every one of us were taught something and our values and beliefs were forever changed.

It is said that when the student is ready, the teacher will appear, this always is true. However, in most cases, it is hard to distinguish the teacher from the student. The student and teacher are one, and as such the combined intellect becomes available to the group as a learning experience that can be shared equally, based on the perceptibly of the individual parties concerned.

 I feel most people know more about God when they were five years old than we do now after years of false indoctrination. It seems crazy, but when I need to know what the truth  really is, I go inside myself back to that five-year-old child, and ask him what is true. He tells me because he hasn’t yet been fed all of the dogma that the churches have been feeding us for the last two thousand years.

I’m not saying that everything the world’s religions teach is unfounded and untrue; they do teach a lot of valid truth, most of which teaches us good practical information on how to live a happy and successful life.

But a lot of times it gets twisted and shaped to fit a particular dogma or need and a lot of times the powers in control are serving their own agendas rather than the needs of their congregations.

Each and every one of us, before accepting any belief, or spiritual or moral value, should use our own good judgment and common sense and not go blindly by what someone else has determined to be the truth.

We are not lost sheep, destined to follow whoever or whatever belief comes along, rather we are thinking, reasoning light beings capable of making our own sensible well-thought-out decisions based on our own logic. Each and every soul is connected to the God Source and is capable of determining what its connection is.

We are here to guide and counsel our fellow human beings; we are not here to force or coerce anyone to do anything. If each and every one of us would remember, and practice this, the world would be a lot better place.

The Mother’s Day Card

Many times as we travel thru life we believe our destination is a certain point when in fact that is only a starting point and once the destination is reached , some other purpose presents itself and we determine to chart a new course.

Often times these events seem to be rather insignificant in the general scheme of things , but can have long-term results. When these situations arise, one needs to follow his instincts and go with the impulse, the spirit is leading you and your high self-knows  the proper course to follow, trust in your higher consciousness and you can never go wrong.

I had scheduled a haircut for the Saturday before Mother’s Day with the stylist I had been going to for years and we had developed a fantastic relationship, in fact she was  someone I would want in my life forever.

I had decided to get a Mother’s Day card for my wife after my haircut, but while driving to the salon, and realizing I had plenty of time, stopping before the appointment seemed like the proper thing to do.

As is often the case, the day before a holiday such as this the card rack is surrounded by men looking for that perfect card, not too mushy, but just right. Standing in line, sooner or later the crowd would clear and then finding a card would be easy.

Suddenly a lady whom I had never seen before approached me excited as a dog in a fire hydrant store. She was holding a card from the rack and as she approached exclaimed,” look at this card, it’s beautiful. It wouldn’t be for your wife, but it would be perfect for someone else!

Immediately I knew who it was intended for, that was why I stopped before getting my hair cut. There could be no doubt. My cosmetologist was a nice person, I just wanted to thank her.

Overcoming Bad Karma

We are often told that we need God to forgive us.

That  is true, but not in the way that we think.

It all comes down to Karma, when we do something that is not acceptable to us and our beliefs, whatever that may be, it leaves a mark on our soul and conscious,leaving something for us to settle at a future period in time.

God is non judging, it is our individual soul that judges and determines right from wrong, we all have free will.

We have hundreds of religions and philosophical beliefs on planet earth, each claiming to be the “way”. By practicing these different religions, we all find a path to our God. If God were a judging type of entity, that would not be true.

We all make what is called mistakes or errors in judgement, this creates karma in our mind.

These “mistakes” or errors in judgment is what we need to come to terms with on an individual basis. Once we have forgiven ourselves, God will forgive us.

Our definition of free will determines we are forgiven when we realize no one is perfect and whatever  we did was done only because of our limited knowledge and understanding at the time. When we gain knowledge, we gain understanding, not only of others but ourselves as well.

It is then we are able to understand and forgive ourselves for our actions.

The American Presidents all Revert back to the Same Mother

A thirteen-year-old girl was doing some genealogy research and discovered that every president of the Unites State’s ancestors reverted back to European royalty. When she researched more she found they all had one common mother. The article doesn’t elaborate on who the mother was or if the researcher even discovered who she was.
The bible states that there is a royal bloodline of David, the bloodline allegedly that Jesus descended from.
Suppose, as many believe that Jesus didn’t die on the cross but survived and lived out his life in the south of France with Mary and their child Sarah.
Sarah would have had children, and those bloodline descendants today would be in the thousands.

Many of our country’s founders were masons, those who weren’t still believed in the tenants of masonry. Our capitol Washington D.C. was designed and built by French masons who could be descendants of Sarah. if the bloodline of Joseph is that prominent wouldn’t it make sense that our presidents would also be of that bloodline.
The only president not proven to be of that line is Warren Harding. He is Dutch and it is not known  at this time if he a descendant of that bloodline  or not.
Obama’s bloodline isn’t known either because of all the controversy concerning his birth.

I have always believed that America is the New Jerusalem, that shining city on the hill, maybe this is an indication it may be true.

Guidance from A Past Life Recall

Sometimes we need to go back to the past to find our future.

Most of may think we need to be rich and famous to make a difference in the world. This isn’t always the case, sometimes our goal is to help those who are in a better position in life to make the changes. We don’t always choose to be the leaders, many times we chose a lesser role in able to enjoy life more with the things that matter, like family and friends.

We can choose to play a role in others lives, let them do the footwork and we can sit back and relax a little, we don’t always need to spend every lifetime in the forefront of the world’s activities. We all need to learn to function in a supporting role as well as being the leaders.

Willard, who occasionally confides in me relates an interesting past life session he recently had.

He had regressed back to 1865 when he was fifteen years old. It was September 15, and his birth was in 1850 on the 6th of March.

He lived as a fisherman in the tiny village of Palik, Tahiti. He relates that he was also a spiritual teacher and healer. He healed many in his village and received little fanfare as a result.

He changed the lives of many people without preaching from the mountaintops. I think that is what is intended for most of us.

One on one contact is still the best and most efficient method to use to reach the masses. Just like in network marketing, you get one and they get one. soon, everyone is involved.

An Interesting Thought on the Last Days

The Spirit promised that at the end of days everyone will be resurrected  back into their bodies and will hear the purpose of life. It is when souls will be judged according to their deeds.

The  bible  teaches that when Christ returns every soul shall rise from the grave.

I have often read that many believe every soul that has ever incarnated on earth has to return during the twentieth or twenty-first century. Possibly, that day has come, the massive increase in worldwide population could be evidence of it.

The large increase in the population of the earth during this time attests to the fact that may be true. Our earth’s population is definitely been on the rise for the last several hundred years , one reason is that because of advanced  medical  technology  people are leading longer and more productive lives. Many that once died in childbirth or during their early formative years are now living to adulthood and beyond, making it possible for them to learn many more life experiences than they were previously able to .

What if  both trains of thought are correct and are talking about the same event, but from a different angle?

Many religious people, including the Mormons, believe we are in the last days. Several ancient calendars such as the Maya, Hopi, Cherokee and others have recently come to an end. All these signs definitely point to the possibility that we ae indeed in the last days.

Does that mean we are all doomed, or that Christ is finally returning? Maybe or maybe not.

Normally when mankind thinks an event is certain to occur, it never happens. 

Even Nostradamus’s predictions are more accurate in hindsight than foresight, the same can be said of many current sages. The truth is when we become aware of a certain prediction, the mere thought of it changes the outcome.

I don’t believe we are all going to die in the next few years unless death comes to us naturally, like it always has.

Is Christ going to return? I don’t know. What I do know, regardless of whether or not Christ does return, our destiny is determined by what we do, not by what someone else does or doesn’t do.

We are entering a new era, an era of enlightenment. The earth is shifting its perspective, and all souls are also changing their line of thought. In the process, we are all becoming more intuitive, combine that with all the new technology now available and soon it will be hard for any of us to hide our true thoughts from others. This will necessitate us changing our way of thinking.

We are in the last days of Pisces and are entering the age of Aquarius, who knows what the future holds. That is for each and every one of us to determine,regardless of who does or doesn’t return to earth.

Our Biggest Fear

Think back for a moment , back to the times in your life when you experienced fear. Think about the things you fear the most.

Was it a monster in the closet when you were four? Was the possibility of losing a job when you were an adult and had a family to support, or losing your life in an accident or some serious disease?

There is some thing you fear even more. If you are an average human , the one thing you fear the most. This is what is holding you back from achieving your highest potential in life.

You fear being successful. You fear you are inadequate and undeserving. You have nurtured this fear through many lifetimes and have come to enjoy the feeling it brings, as well as the excuse it offers , you have fallen in love with the emotion.

It is far easier to find an excuse for not succeeding and let someone else take responsibility for your life, than it is to  assume full responsibility for your life and admit there are no excuses.

By feeling inadequate, you are given a reason to not succeed. In your subsconscious mind you have convinced yourself you don’t deserve success, and you fear what success will do to the life you lead. The life you have become comfortable with.

Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond what we can imagine. That is what frightens us. Realizing we are that powerful, we nullify any excuse we can conjure up, and realize that there isn’t anyone responsible for our life but us.

By discovering how powerful we may be frightens us. Often times we think we may be treading on God’s territory, maybe becoming like him or taking his place. We become afraid he will be mad and bring his vengeance down upon us and make bad things happen, maybe turn us into a pillar of salt.

This could not be farther from the truth, God wants us to be powerful. Our mission on earth is to discover the power within, our God Force. We were born to manifest our glory, as we do, others are able to manifest their highest good also.

As we travel through life, we create what we experience, either consciously or subconsciously. The older we get, the more we realize that what we have desired, we have received. Many times it takes a lot of soul searching to come to this realization.

The next step is to realize we can consciously control our reality and future by our thoughts. Once we learn to control our destiny, we move above karma and are free to continue our soul growth in a more positive way.

At this period of time in the history of man, there is probably more individual searching being done into the theories behind the origin of the human race, what happens after death, the possibility of life on other planets, and what our relationship is to these life forms, if they do exist. There are millions of people who are questioning the existence of God, who he really is, and what is my relationship with him? Is he someone who mysteriously floats around on a cloud watching and judging us from above like some bigger than life Santa Claus, or is he, like many of the esoteric sciences claim, a part of our inner Self, whom we have constant contact with, someone whom we and everything in the universe are connected and are thus one? Each of us in our own way is experiencing what God is, and thus we are each a part of God, thus we are God! This book is a brief account of my search for my own truth as I know it today, everything stated actually happened, according to my own perception. It has been an exciting search,at times very frustrating, very rewarding, and above all, very fulfilling. My main purpose in writing this book is to show that anyone, even a bashful unfamous  country boy can have these awakenings, you don’t have to be rich or well-known to find your connection to Divine Source. I began taking notes for this book over thirty years ago, at the time, writing a book was the farthest thing from my mind. My only thought was to have a journal to read over when I got older. As a result, I didn’t  record some of my references, many of the references were from Aboriginal and Mayan elders themselves, many of which has been the victim of the ravages of time. Hence my book is short on references, but long on experience, I hope you understand.

Thoughts Create Your Future

Thoughts create actions and actions create the life we live. We are the grand total sum of everything that we have ever experienced and how we reacted to the situation.

When some so-called negative event occurs in our life we have a choice, we can let it define us, destroy us or it can strengthen us, the choice is ours. It does no good to be upset about it, it is over and done with and can’t be changed, you need to move on and learn from it.

We all get into destructive relationships, it is a fact of life, those relationships are brought to us so we can learn and grow. Sometimes the people who give us the most grief are the ones who love us the most and are trying to teach us something, while they themselves are also learning. They may not always have the most altruistic motives in mind as they are also dealing with karma and how you react will  also affect their growth and have a positive effect on their evolution.

By setting boundaries on their behaviour and how it affects you, you are teaching them an important lesson. They need to learn they can’t always have their way, especially if it affects someone else in a negative light.

We can’t change the past, stop regretting was done way back when. The road to success is always under construction,and there are detours, but you need to start doing the things today that will improve your life tomorrow.

By constantly striving to improve your life and remembering that we often take two steps forward and one backward, sooner or later you will create the life you desire. Change normally comes when we least expect it and sometimes the outcome won’t be exactly the way we envisioned it, but it will be better than you ever imagined.

Earth is often called the “School House” of life. We come here to learn and grow. The opportunity for growth is faster and more intense on this planet than on many others. That is why we all came here. Our lessons could be learned at a  slower rate in other realms, but we all chose this plane  of existence to be  able to attain this phase of our evolution as quickly as possible.

Learning through so called negative experiences is just part of the game plan. An incentive to learn is the knowing that once the lesson is finally completely, the negativity will also be complete and we can move on to more pleasant surroundings.

There is an extreme shortage of common sense in today’s world, When looking back in history, I soon discovered this has always been a problem, Benjamin Franklin once said, ”Of all the senses, common sense seems to be the one that is used the least.” As obvious as it may seem, many seem to be totally oblivious to it. Most, if not all of the problems the world faces today could be solved if people would just sit back and think about what would seem to be the most obvious and simple solution to any issue. Often times people tend to overcomplicate the issues. I often think back to what my parents and grandparents believed and said, at the time I thought they were totally out of their mind and ignored it. I now wish I would have listened and followed their advice. It is now evident they were a lot smarter than we gave them credit for. Many times, in today’s world, the schools and universities can no longer be counted on to teach truth and values that will guide someone through life.

The date, 11/11/11 has passed but that does not mean that the
significance of the energy that was being keenly felt by a lot of people
during that time has lessened in its effectiveness to bring about
change in the minds and lives of many people. Most of us continue to see
double digits-especially 11 for the past two years. People have
reported seeing the number 1 repeated on car tags and odometers, or that
they look at a clock at exactly 11:11.

The winter solstice of Dec
21, 2012 marks the end of the Mayan long count cycle. This occurs at
11:11 universal time (on the prime meridian at Greenwich).
Interestingly, if you add the numbers of the date 12-21-2012 the sum is
11.

The number 11 represents new beginnings/cycles, synchronicity,
the opening of portals or gateways, fresh ways of thinking, increased
spiritual tendencies, and compassion. Eleven is one of the master
numbers. When the number 11 is repeated, it has even more significance
and is meant to call our attention to something going on spiritually,
astrologically, individually, and planetary. It is a sign that something
is about to change or shift.

The year 2012 is noted as the
closing of a great cycle within the complex calendar system of the Mayan
civilization. The ancient Mayan people of Central America (specifically
the Yucatan Peninsula) were astronomically advanced and kept as many as
twenty different calendars marking cyclical events with pinpoint
accuracy or noting schedules for anything from seed planting and
religious rites, to solar and lunar eclipses. The Mayans perceived time
to be cyclical rather than linear; so, they expected events to repeat
themselves in some fashion.

The Mayans indicated that the time
period in which we are now in would be a time of environmental chaos
(floods, fire, wind, and earthquakes), social upheaval, as well as a
time of great spiritual opportunity in which humans could choose to move
into a new harmonious age. The Mayans prophesied the return of
Kulkukan, and modern-day Christians herald the return of Jesus Christ,
also known as Lord Maitreya.

One calendar, known as the 13-Baktun
or long count system, runs for just over 5,125 years. That cycle is set
to complete on the winter solstice of 2012 at 11:11 Universal Time. Many
people see this “end of the cycle” as the end of the world. Since the
Earth has undergone many shifts that nearly wiped out the global
population, some people fear that this might occur again in our near
future. We don’t have to look far to see that things on the Earth are
rapidly changing. But, does this mean that the Earth is about to be
destroyed? I hardly think so. We are on the threshold or beginning of
something wonderful and peaceful. If you look at the number 11, you can
imagine two upright poles side by side. This could represent a door post
or portal. I like to think of it as you and me-everyone on the
planet-standing side by side in unity and oneness. We really are one.

The
December 21, 2012 date was considered important to the ancient tribes
of the Amazon jungles, the builders of the pyramids in Egypt, indigenous
people of Canada, and the Hopi Indians. As I mentioned before, the
Earth is entering alignment with the equator of the Milky Way Galaxy. On
this date, the Earth is also completing one full astrological cycle
known as the “precession of the equinoxes” as it does approximately
every 26,000 years. During this cycle, the Earth passes through each of
the twelve signs of the zodiac, each lasting for 2,000-2,152 years. When
all these converge, we know that something big is on Earth’s horizon.

The
element of surprise is best appreciated when it comes to holiday gifts
and birthday parties! Sudden and unprovoked change in one’s life is
scary and unsettling. When people are provided with knowledge-especially
when it has to do with major life changes and a significant spiritual
transformation-they tend to calm down. Putting things into perspective
brings comfort and we can more easily relax and go with the flow. If
someone holds the belief that the changes we are experiencing means that
the Earth is about to be destroyed, one will feel panic and out of
control of one’s own life. If a person understands that the turmoil of
the shift is simply a step of progress in our spiritual evolution, he or
she may be more inclined to tune in to what Spirit is saying and find
peace in the process.
